The City Center

Riyadh is a fascinating mix of old and new. The traditional souks contrast beautifully with the modern skyscrapers that dot the skyline.

Local Cuisine

I've been trying local restaurants and the food here is incredible. The flavors are rich and the hospitality is unmatched.

What I've Learned

  • The city is much more walkable than I expected
  • Public transportation is improving rapidly
  • The people are incredibly friendly and welcoming
